CHECK ME OUT1 I'M BETTER THAN A NEW HOME! Completely remodeled! I have all new burmese walnut wood floors through out the home. Plantation shutters throughout the home with crown molding in every room on the first floor. My windows are large to make my rooms nice and bright. I received a bookcase with an aura linear fireplace in the first living room which was also professionally painted with added features of crown molding & trim. Included is my formal dinning room for those special occasions. My kitchen and utility room had all the cabinets professionally painted a deep walnut with and added nice overhead exhaust over my stove. The new granite in my kitchen goes up the backsplash for a very nice clean look and since the utility was across the hall they added granite to that sink and tiled the floor for a great look. My kitchen has an eat-in dinning room that over looks the patio I can look at my 2nd family/den with the 2nd fireplace which was also painted professionally and added builtin on the wall for a large television. The master includes a separate door for the 2nd patio and the master bath features a granite shower with granite his and hers sinks a tiled floor and chandelier over my slipper tub which surely will be used for soaking. Down the hall from the master bedroom is an additional bathroom and further down is the study which was professionally painted and could be used for another bedroom. Upstairs features two more bedrooms both having walkin closets with my 3rd bathroom and double sinks. The fourth bedroom was professionally painted including a walkin closet with separate doors leading into the attic where wood was added to the entire floor for extra storage. Outside there is extensive landscaping, flagstone patios and a cedar pergola added to the home along with a beautiful fountain to enjoy outside. Yes I better than a new home becuase everything has been done. New homes just give you basics.
